The key is to correct the situation versus standing idle and accepting it.
Forget about the energy drinks or pills. Learn to increase your energy naturally, and have a healthy steady supply to get you through each day. By adjusting your personal eating, sleeping and exercise habits, you can boost your energy the natural way and settle into a self-sustaining rhythm.

Essential Water – Keep your body hydrated throughout the day. The first sign of dehydration is fatigue. Your body can’t function at capacity without that good old H2O. A steady supply of water will naturally keep things flowing–including your energy.
Improve Sleeping Habits – Often a small adjustment of your sleeping habits can already do wonders for your energy levels.

Lying in bed is not sleeping: Don’t go to bed if your not sleepy and end up lying in bed pondering and stressing. If you are drifting off at the computer, while reading, or watching TV, it’s time to get to bed. Your bedtime should and will vary from night to night. Let your body tell you when to sleep as opposed to the following the 8-hour rule.

Rise and Shine: Put an alarm and get up at the same time everyday.
Sleepy at Noon?: Try a powernap of 20 minutes in a quiet place.
Experiment and find out what your optimal sleep levels are.

Yoga, Exercising & Stretching – It sounds counter-intuitive, perhaps, but by expending energy on a regular basis, you will actually give yourself more of it in the end. The key is to set up a fairly regular schedule–about three times a week–and push to the point that you feel refreshed, not exhausted. Don’t overdo it. It may take a couple of weeks to get into the natural rhythm, so have patience and higher energy levels will follow.

Deep breathing exercise – Another great way to re-energize your body is with a quick deep breathing exercise. Sit on a chair with a straight back and breathe deeply while you focus on your breath going in – going out. At the same time use a powerful affirmation to invigorate your mind and body.

Eliminate Energy-Sappers From Your Diet – Have more alkaline-forming foods like fruits and vegetables. Avoid excess sugar and coffee as they lead to lower blood sugar levels–and less energy–after they give you an initial kick. Also one could pack some almonds and nuts for a quick and convenient protein snack.

Let me know your thoughts as well you would suggest to improve Energy Levels :-)

India are World Champions - 2011

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 137px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-StnjZ8BgPsw/TaVjiXuPcLI/AAAAAAAABUU/m94Ml0Vqw5E/s320/India_WorldChampions2011.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5594987554212376754" />

After a long wait of 28 Years, India were crowned as World Champions 2011. India entered the game as Favorites, however it did not earn the wins easily.

The Group matches were tough and the fielding and bowling did not match to the standards. I still remember, Dhoni being candid to admit poor fielding and the need to peak at the right time.

Things changed dramatically after we entered the Quarters. 3 Tough games to Clinch the world title. India deserved to Win, not because of being the Host nation, but the self belief and all round display as TEAM India. - With 31-2, Gambhir & Kohli put up a Spirited Display to build the innings. Ofcourse, the Midas Touch from Dhoni, who led the team from the front exhibiting strong character an seizing the pressure away made it happen

Overall it was a exhilartion for all the Billion Indians who had supported the country men and backed them to become World Champions. The Entire Country dedicated the World Cup to the Little Master (Sachin Tendulkar) who has spent more than 2 Decades to put India at Driver seat... Hats off Guys.. You made us all Proud.!!! I have heard only from History about India`s fight for Independence. The Indian Independence was won by selfless hearts and leaders who put the national interest ahead of their personal comfort.

Today after 63 years, Anna Hazare stir`s the entire nation by undergoing Fast-Until Death to Fight against Corruption. The Demand to have Jan Lokpal Bill (Citizen's Ombudsman Bill)has garnered the support of Millions of Indians across the country.

In two hundred cities across India on Tuesday, thousands of college students, young executives and housewives joined a campaign that asks the government to enact an important new law to fight corruption

Of Course, it stands clear that until Civil society plays a role in drafting the law, thing would not change. However this is a first good step to see India move down on the rank of Corrupted Nations.

Retrospect - 5 Years of Married Life

It looks to be just like I got married....5 Years promoting from married husband to a father. Life has never been so meaningful until I understood what it really
takes to get relationships to the highest order with cooperation/compromise and relentless love. It not only signified union of minds but prepared me as an Individual with the necessary amunition to face the external world filled with uncertainity

It wouldn`t do justice, if I do not give my wife the due recognition for having managed me and my family so well that I could deliver my goods without hassles.

I feel her absence today as I miss spending this special Day of May 21st 2009 together. She is not beautiful like others are.

“My friends have boyfriends and I do not. They are happy. Since I am not beautiful, I have no boyfriend”

A strong breeze blow against her face and her silky hair start dancing.

It says to her “Be like me my child, go with the flow and you will glow” The breeze teaches to have an attitude which will lift her beyond her physical beauty. The breeze is constantly on move. The Breeze says to her: “I do not move for happiness but out of happiness. I do not dance for happiness, but out of happiness. One should learn this art to operate from happiness and not for happiness. Happiness is an attitude. To be a winner in life is also an attitude”

One feels insecure because we have a concept of what is security and from that concept we are seeing life. Anything that does not fit that concept make us insecure. If we have a spirit of adventure in us then insecurity is a great adventure for us to explore. We will have fun with that insecurity. Learn to trust that insecurity is inviting us to be creative.

NDTV Awards --- Indian of the Year 2007

Recently, had a chance to view the NDTV Awards via web….and it shook me a while to write some lines about it… Hope you enjoy.. Share your commments and thoughts to the post...

It's been 18 years since I joined Volvo, a Swedish company. Working for them has proven to be an interesting experience. Any project here takes 2 years to be finalized, even if the idea is simple and brilliant. It's a rule.

Globalize processes have caused in us (all over the world) a general sense of searching for immediate results. Therefore, we have come to posses a need to see immediate results. This contrasts greatly with the slow movements of the Swedish. They, on the other hand, debate, debate, debate, hold x quantity of meetings and work with a slowdown scheme. At the end, this always yields better results.

Said in another words:
1. Sweden is about the size of San Pablo, a state in Brazil.
2. Sweden has 2 million inhabitants.
3. Stockholm, has 500,000 people.
4. Volvo, Escania, Ericsson, Electrolux, Nokia are some of its renowned companies. Volvo supplies the NASA.

The first time I was in Sweden, one of my colleagues picked me up at the hotel every morning. It was September, bit cold and snowy. We would arrive early at the company and he would park far away from the entrance (2000 employees drive their car to work). The first day, I didn't say anything, either the second or third. One morning I asked, "Do you have a fixed parking space? I've noticed we park far from the entrance even when there are no other cars in the lot." To which he replied, "Since we're here early we'll have time to walk, and whoever gets in late will be late and need a place closer to the door. Don't you think? Imagine my face.

Nowadays, there's a movement in Europe name Slow Food. This movement establishes that people should eat and drink slowly, with enough time to taste their food, spend time with the family, friends, without rushing. Slow Food is against its counterpart: the spirit of Fast Food and what it stands for as a lifestyle. Slow Food is the basis for a bigger movement called Slow Europe, as mentioned by Business Week.

Basically, the movement questions the sense of "hurry" and "craziness" generated by globalization, fueled by the desire of "having in quantity" (life status) versus "having with quality", "life quality" or the "quality of being". French people, even though they work 35 hours per week, are more productive than Americans or British. Germans have established 28.8 hour workweeks and have seen their productivity been driven up by 20%. This slow attitude has brought forth the US's attention, pupils of the fast and the "do it now!".

This no-rush attitude doesn't represent doing less or having a lower productivity. It means working and doing things with greater quality, productivity, perfection, with attention to detail and less stress. It means reestablishing family values, friends, free and leisure time. Taking the "now", present and concrete, versus the "global", undefined and anonymous. It means taking humans' essential values, the simplicity of living.

It stands for a less coercive work environment, more happy, lighter and more productive where humans enjoy doing what they know best how to do. It's time to stop and think on how companies need to develop serious quality with no-rush that will increase productivity and the quality of products and services, without losing the essence of spirit.

In the movie, Scent of a Woman, there's a scene where Al Pacino asks a girl to dance and she replies, "I can't, my boyfriend will be here any minute now". To which Al responds, "A life is lived in an instant". Then they dance to a tango.

Many of us live our lives running behind time, but we only reach it when we die of a heart attack or in a car accident rushing to be on time. Others are so anxious of living the future that they forget to live the present, which is the only time that truly exists. We all have equal time throughout the world. No one has more or less. The difference lies in how each one of us does with our time. We need to live each moment. As John Lennon said, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans".

Congratulations for reading till the end of this message. There are many who will have stopped in the middle so as not to waste time in this globalize world.

Regards
Gps

Be Patient

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery & saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, "Daddy, I'm sorry about your truck." Then he asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home & committed suicide.

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or u wish to take revenge. Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be repaired.. Broken bones & hurt feelings often can't. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.

People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever

Hope this drives out a point.. One man's meat could be another man's poison. A couple bought a donkey from the market. On the way home, a boy commented, "Very stupid. Why neither of them ride on the donkey? "Upon hearing that, the husband let the wife ride on the donkey. He walked besides them. Later, an old man saw it and commented, "The husband is the head of family. How can the wife ride on the donkey while the husband is on foot?" Hearing this, the wife quickly got down and let the husband ride on the donkey.

Further on the way home, they met an old Lady. She commented, "How can the man ride on the donkey but let the wife walk. He is no gentleman."
The husband thus quickly asked the wife to join him on the donkey. Then, they met a young man. He commented, "Poor donkey, how can you hold up the weight of two persons. They are cruel to you." Hearing that, the husband and wife immediately climbed down from the donkey and carried it on their shoulders.

It seems to be the only choice left. Later, on a nar row bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled. They lost their balance and fell into the river. You can never have everyone praise you, nor will everyone condemn you. Never in the past, not at present, and never will be in the future.

Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear..

Regards
Gps

Some points to be Driven....

NO POINTING FINGERS

A man asked his father-in-law, "Many people praised you for a successful marriage. Could you please share with me your secret?"
The father-in-law answered in a smile, "Never criticize your wife for her shortcomings or when she does something wrong. Always bear in mind that because of her shortcomings and weaknesses, she could not find a better husband than you."

We all look forward to being loved and respected. Many people are afraid of losing face. Generally, when a person makes a mistake, he would look around to find a scapegoat to point the finger at. This is the start of a war. We should always remember that when we point one finger at a person, the other four fingers are pointing at ourselves.

If we forgive the others, others will ignore our mistake too

CREATING PERFECT RELATIONSHIPS?

A person visited the government matchmaker for marriage, SDU, and requested "I am looking for a spouse. Please help me to find a suitable one." The SDU officer said, "Your requirements, please." "Oh, good looking, polite, humorous , sporty, knowledgeable, good in singing and dancing. Willing to accompany me the whole day at home during my leisure hour, if I don't go out. Telling me interesting stories when I need companion for conversation and be silent when I want to rest." The officer listened carefully and replied, "I understand you need television."

There is a saying that a perfect match can only be found between a blind wife and a deaf husband, because the blind wife cannot see the faults of the husband and the deaf husband cannot hear the nagging of the wife. Many couples are blind and deaf at the courting stage and dream of perpetual perfect relationship. Unfortunately, when the excitement of love wears off, they wake up a nd discover that marriage is not a bed of roses. When I changed the Diaper… I could feel the sense of total relieve ness and before I could acknowledge it, he sanctified me with a hot shower for a few seconds.. That was just the Jump start on Sunday Morning…

With 6 Months old… We were focusing on getting him to the habit of crawling…So I made him lie down on the Mat…..with his tummies on the ground… A play toy which had the sound effects and comes back equally to the distance we pushed…The giggles rythmically with the play toy, Eagerness from eyes, made me look upon him with awe and surprise..

He felt the need to come forward and when it hit him and went back. he felt that he had done a great job…The Shrill Note at the peak of his pitch…confirmed that he was enjoying every moment…. After a short time of play, it was time for his Food.

His Mother had prepared a Mashed Rice Cake that was served in his favorite Bowl and Spoon… Placing him in the Fag end of the Thigh being squatted, he was watching me curiously… Every spoon to his mouth required some gimmicks/pranks/variety to take the food in.. Some songs and rhymes came to my rescue to get the task done…

On completion of the same I saw a satisfied face ….guess from whom…Of course the Mother…

After a while, it was time to play lullaby with a cotton sari wrapped around him and with some tunes, he dozed off….

In the evening, it was Outing Time and this time, with his favorite vehicle
(Perambulator) where he owns supremacy… He enjoyed the gentle breeze, watching people, vehicles, shops and was enjoying the gift of nature…. Within 15-20 minutes he became active and was Inviting all and Smiling with his Mouth wide Opened…..Chuckling….Believe me it melted everyone whoever was available within the vicinity…It really taught me How Laughter is to be made….you feel lot satisfied seeing a ever smiling face…

I believe that Kids remind you of the Moments to enjoy and comprehend…all about life… "Life is not measured by the number of breathes but by the moments that takes your breath…"

Looking forward to more such fascinating moments....

Cheers
Suresh

How does Money Fly???

I have observed lot of times people fretting about money vanishing without notice…. Working in isolation on your notebook without face-to-face contact can lead to a wide range of miscommunications.

In fact, how we communicate often depends on whether we physically interact or do our 'talking' through e-mail. People often 'say' things through e-mail that they would never say to someone's face.

This is particularly obvious to anyone who has ever been 'flamed' (that is, having received an angry, embarrassing, or offensive e-mail).

Without any facial expressions, voice intonations or any other cues, it is easy to misread an e-mail. Was it intended as straightforward, ironic or humorous? Even a sentence such as 'you did great work today' can take on a thousand different meanings depending on who wrote it, and how you feel at the time.

For the writer, who may rarely if ever see the intended recipient, there is no social blocker in place to mediate their behaviour. Whether angry, upset or simply uncaring, there is nothing in place to stop them from fully expressing themselves.

Even if they had no overt intention to cause offence, what they may assume is innocent, even funny, can come across as rude, patronising and insulting.

There are however a few quick tips that can keep you cool under pressure, whether you feel the need to flame someone or whether you've just been flamed yourself.

Before you send

1. Always think twice

Okay, you're angry or upset. Write your e-mail. Save it. Read it. Go have a coffee. Read it again. Then ask yourself the big question – is it really worth sending? Chances are it isn't.

2. Keep it clean

Remember that everyone will interpret things differently. Jokes, pictures and lewd comments can truly offend.

3. Empathise with the reader

Think of the things you don't like to receive in an e-mail. For example, are people always shouting IMPORTANT things in upper case, using hundreds of abbreviations and emoticons, sending large attachments? If you don't like receiving certain things, why send them to others?

4. Check the 'send to' list before you send

Believe it or not, everyone doesn't want to read your e-mail and you just might be sending your scathing thoughts about someone to everyone.

5. Be polite

Whether at your desk or texting a message from your phone, saying 'hello' and 'thanks' can make a huge difference.

6. Resist temptation

Yes, something was said. Yes, maybe you were criticised. Perhaps you were CC'd on an exchange between a colleague and your boss. How you respond next will say everything about you. Remember, once something is said, it can never be taken back.

7. See Point 1. :-)

Hope this adds value...

Cheers!!
Suresh

Ten Tips to Improve Human Relationships

The following article describes ten salient points that could harness and improve human relationships

1. Putting Yourself into others shoe

Most of the time we get agitated and annoyed when people react in an unprofessional /abrupt manner. At this juncture, if we could pause for a while and put ourselves in their shoes, we would be able to understand the other person’s criticality and invariably be prepared to forgive him and take forward.

2. Reducing Expectancy

We always get disappointed when people deliver much less than what we expected. It is these unrealistic expectations that could create a fissure in our relationships. So reduce the level of expectancy when it comes with people and this would ease the strain of the relationship.

3. Speak Positive about others

We often overlook this statement. The key to astounding relationships is to speak out the best about people with whom you work/related with.
More precisely it pays huge dividends when you appreciate people in public. This has a magical effect to improve Human Relationships.

4. Contribution during Problems

It would make sense to take a minute to introspect on how we were responsible for the problem. Taking personal ownership during problems, can take us a long way to ensure that people find comfortable to work/interact with us.

5. Smile
Smile Costs nothing but creates much. A warm and gentle smile when meeting people can make them their day. Even when we have nothing to say to someone, a simple smile can reinforce healthy ties and warm relationship.

6. Going Extra Mile

If we could move out from our current scope of work to help someone who is in need, it could create a binding force of cherishable relationship. The receiver has an automatic sense of gratitude and respect to such rare people of altruist class.

7. Empathizing and Compassion:

The world today is in need of people who would share compassion with the fraternity and empathize strongly during turbulent times. These qualities can make an individual who is in distress to come back to normalcy after the vent out.

8. Think twice before you speak:

Words spoken out from one’s mouth cannot be taken back. So it becomes increasingly important to think twice before speaking out. The Relationship could be at stake if the choice of words is handled inappropriately. This clause holds good mostly when one loses balance due to some other’s vehement reaction.

9. People are the Best Assets:

People are the best assets and each and everyone should try their level best to keep this in their mind to ensure that they take adequate, measures to sustain a relationship. Believe me it is easy to lose a relationship rather than fostering one. The power of relationship is often understood only during their absence. So do not miss and pay a heavy penalty.

10. Have you had such experiences??? I was lucky to have them for more than half a decade.. They were pleasant souvenirs.

When I stepped in to my first year of Engg, I had to forcefully accommodate myself at the outskirts of Chennai and that was a nostalgic feeling considering the fact I was with my parents together for 18 Long Years.

We neither had a Telephone nor were we comfortable to the advanced world of computing… I believe it was a blessing in disguise.

My father used to write a letter every week and I used to long for each Monday to receive the loving letter. I used to update my day-to-day events/thoughts and post a letter back every Friday evening. Both of us realized the increasing need to communicate and we made sure to exhaust the entire space to record the inspiring thoughts/heartfelt emotions and action plans ahead.

It was like talking to each other face to face with an open heart and those were years that turned our relationship from the typical Father –Son relationship to one of the dream Friendship….. My friends used to ridicule that I and my father was creating job for the Postman…. but we only knew the value of those writings. I still hold on all my Letters that my father has written me and whenever, I feel low, I take some time to open his letters and it creates a different space of liveliness, cheerfulness and Inspiring fulfillness.

Even today, the best gift I cherish to my near and dear ones are my personalized Letters /Cards that will make them smile big whenever they open it up… and everyone to whom I have given always told me that they have kept it with themselves….
I would continue this legacy with my son and make the fraternity realize how this pen can make you win hearts/create a lasting and rewarding relationship…

I personally thank you for having spent some time to go through my article…… Anticipate all your thoughts/inputs and suggestions……

Warm Regards
Suresh Gp

Can Moral Values exist without religion?

Here are some of my views on the Theme “Can Moral Values exist without religion?”

There are two aspects in the above Theme

Can Moral Values exist only with Religion?
If Not what is the Possibility?

Lets have a look at the Webster dictionary. It defines "moral" as follows: "Moral is concerned with the principles of right and wrong in relation to human action and character." Where does "right and wrong" come from? Do we each have our own standard of "right and wrong?" If so, what happens when you and I disagree? Who decides what the standard is? Growing numbers of people see morality as relative and subjective with little regard to absolute standards as outlined by God.

To Start with, let me propose my views on why there has been a long cherished belief that Religion formed the basis of Morality.
During the early formative years of childhood, the concept of Religion and God holds the limelight among many of them. It is the faith in the religion and God that acts as a Binding force. The Parents drive the concept of Morality by keeping God as the Supreme reference and Attribute the Moral Qualities to that of God. At every walk of their life they portray that the Divine Power would guide them to reach totality.

However as the Child Begins to grow out of the shell, the perception, Belief and conception vary due to multiple factors. This could infact mean that those children who were brought up by the binding force of God and Religion might turn hostile to moral values.
Being Adults, the Motives change with Difference in Life Style, Economics and Environment.

So Religion can never be claimed the only factor with which moral values exist. A recent case study showed that 97 % of the responses looked similar between religious extremists and atheists when it came to moral judgment.

How has Religion paved the way to develop individuals with keen Moral Values?

The Power of Belief and indomitable faith have been instrumental in developing an attitude/conditioned habit among a person to be fully satisfied when he does things morally. The Epics Like Ramayana and Mahabharata have shaped communities to chart down what is right?/What is wrong?

Holy Books like Bible, Quaran or Zend Avesta have laid down the ground rules and prophecy to define a man`s conduct and how conducting himself morally could ensure a safe place on heaven. Though we are not here to critically analyze the existence of God/Heaven, we need to understand the emphasis on giving the desired outcome to an aspirant irrespective of the class he belongs to by following the code of conduct dictated in those books.

How can Moral Values exhibit without religion?

Rationalization is a key phenomenon for Moral values to be exhibited. The Art of Reasoning and constant inquisitiveness to question things forms a basis of developing a framework which is rock solid and can help in identifying the right vs wrong. On this regard the Schools and Colleges need to promote adequate opportunity and forum to develop resources to encourage open views and rationalization. In my personal experience , I have found very few people belonging to this class who have not had the taste of Spirituality.

What is the Point when we say, moral values cease to exist?

Irrespective of being brought up in a spiritual atmosphere or rationalized environment, the moral values have certain boundary limits. Every one follows truth, honesty, and ethical values until it affects him/her. To go beyond his comfort and adopt moral values even though he might get affected goes beyond the stated class and exhibits a passion, commitment and relentless nature of his /her character. Such people are very rare and usually stand apart.

Morality also cannot find a place under some conditions like Poverty, Helplessness, unfulfilled basic necessities, jealousy, ego and revenge to settle scores among fraternity.

To Sustain Morality?

The Youth today asks a Million Dollar Question when it comes to Morality… By following Moral Values WIFM (What is in for me)
They are concerned about the tangible benefits that come out of following Morality. In this world where money holds the key, moral values have started losing significance. People who follow up with the ethical standards and code of conduct do not get the right treatment and are often considered crass or stupe.

After analyzing various options and perspectives, I have drilled down to a Million Dollar Question

Irrespective of Moral Values existing with or without religion, My concern is how do we ensure that Moral Values Sustain in the years to Come?

My Suggestion are as Follows

Raising Awareness among the Youth to Inculcate Moral Values as an Integral Part of the Life.
Public Promoting and Awarding Moral Deeds and Actions done in all walks of life
Making Morality an inherent habit of the Human System irrespective of Creed/Caste and Community
Creating Equality which invariably reduces the Jealousy, hatred and Unwanted Behavior.
The Role of parents and Educational Institutes taking personal ownership and to develop Citizens with Moral Values producing meaningful social responsible citizens.
A paradigm shift that Moral Values and Ethical Standards dictate the Destiny of Success

To Summarize,

To Begin with Religion can form a Substantial Base and Binding Force to hold on to Moral Values. But to Sustain and Flourish, It goes beyond religion to a state of Rationalization whereby we have a definite reason for all our doings.
The Moral Values and their sustenance will require a blend of both religion and Rationalization along with the above mentioned suggestions to make it a ground reality..

Looking forward to your Comments and Feedback
Cheers
gps

Last Respects to Dirubhai Ambani

Paid my last respects to the doyen and Tycoon Dhirubhai Ambani

It was on July 7 2002 a sunday to enjoy at home comfortably according to my dictionary. I got out from the bed around 10.A.M and something prompted me to glance the headlines. I was shocked to read the headlines.

All the prayers and efforts to save the giant proved futile. The headlines read "Patriarch of India Inc Passes away". My heart broke down when I understood the news and there was a struggle to meet him before he left for his heavenly abode.

It was declared that the Dharshan and homage was available for the general public from 9:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M . I rushed out and got myself refreshed and set off for my journey to meet the emperor at his empire at 39,Sea Wind CuffeParade. I picked up a train from Thane to VT(Victoria Terminus or CST). I started at 11:00 A.m and managed to reach his residence at 1.30 P.M

I could see a fleet of cars from the starting of the road to the end. I guessed his residence and marched quickly. I saw a few thousands waiting in front of his residence along with press reporters and media people.

I slowly asked the security If i could enter in. The security showed me the green signal and there I was stepping into my role model`s castle. As I started,I was welcomed by the metal detector and there were a few hundreds of RIL employees guiding me to the destination.

All the peple were dressed in white symbolizing purity. My eyes rolled around to catch up the vision satements of the doyen and here were a few excerpts

"Give the youth of India the right environment. Motivate them. Each and every Individual has Infinite source of energy. Tap the energy and deliver the goods for the nation"

"I do not just want to meet the deadlines , I want to exceed the deadlines"

"There is no Invitation to make profits" "Have a big vision .

Dreams and Imagination are not monopolies. He who gets the bigger picture need not worry about his present obstacle" Every place had his mission and vision statements along with the King Makers portrait adorned with flowers.

I was lost in reminiscence and suddenly I saw myself forging ahead to the important part of the place. I saw Anil and Mukesh Ambani thanking all the people who had come to pay the last respect and homage to the departed Industrial Magnet.

As I was about to offer my flowers, I was interrupted in between as some VIP had come to pay his respect. It was a golden opportunity. I saw all the family members gathered together and there I saw my Inspirational Vitamin, Prize Son of India lying down peacefully with a smiling face adorned by a golden towel on his forehead.

As I offered my flowers, Barely did I recognize the tears that poured from my eyes and it was just a manifestation of every aspirant`s gratitude to this wonderful philanthropist and God Father. I was indeed bestowed to meet my Visionary and offer my gratitude through prayers. I spoke to Mukesh stating that Ambaniji was my Inspiration and he has fostered so much youngsters to dream big. I just touched his hands and moved silently.................. What an environment it was!!!!!!!!!

I had to spend my time and energy to reach this place before 3 p.m It was worth an attempt as I discarded all my colleagues statements and was determined to bid my farewell to my Champion and Leader at any cost. I just chanted my prayers and meditated for 30 min . Bhajans, prayers were played from all corners and a big void had occured in Indian History. I left the residence with a heavy sigh...

With the overwhelming response of prayers, wellwishes and passion that Indian people have shown to this Immortal giant I can only conclude that

"for Men may Come and Men may Go.... But very few people embark their names not in monument but among hearts of the fellowmen."

It is an indelible mark and no doubt Ambani is a testimony to epitome of success. Ambani`s ideals and principle will continue to drive the youth and Ambani`s chapter will remain as verdant as the fertile plains until the crack of doom.

It was an experience of my Lifetime and whatever I have attempted to write is only 1/10 of what I actually felt.....

Gps
